VINCI Facilities has successfully rolled out its new FM services portal, Wayin’, at all Thales sites (45 sites throughout France), at Air Liquide’s tower site in Paris-La Défense, and at Velux, Ericsson and VINCI Energies.
Each Wayin’ user plays an active role in improving quality of life at his or her site. Based on an Oracle Service Cloud solution, Wayin’ is a new ergonomic and intuitive services portal. It is 100% mobile, enabling the user to access it via smartphone from any location. In terms of the back office, Wayin’ is the single fully transparent point of entry to the full range of operational information. It is the tool used to coordinate services and enables the customer to monitor the life of the site in real time, including malfunction reporting, corrective action tracking and resident satisfaction measurement. “From the start of the project, our Wayin’ services portal was totally user-focused. It is part of our overall digital strategy, in which the building supports services or is itself a service. Wayin’ provides a new way to make the most of our Business Intelligence.” says Philippe Conus, Director of the VINCI Facilities brand (VINCI Energies).
More than 60,000 end users will employ the new portal in Europe.
