VINCI Facilities conquers the Languedoc-Roussillon region, in South of France

Maintenance technique à l'hôtel de région Languedoc-Roussillon

Thanks to its local presence in the region and its ability to intervene at widely dispersed sites, VINCI Facilities will be taking care over the next five years of 35 buildings of the Languedoc-Roussillon Regional Council. Only the region’s lycées are not included in the contract. Among the buildings concerned are the headquarters of the regional council, a high-rise building in Montpellier and a museum, the Capitaineries.

Control of energy consumption is a strong point in the contract: monitoring consumption is connected with the requirement to provide advice and make suggestions to improve the functioning of the technical installations within the framework of a profit-sharing contract.
