The over 10,000 sq. m. site, in service since 2012, is by nature very complex, since it receives members of the public and also brings together a highly varied range of police services.

Requirements in terms of comfort and wellbeing are obviously high, with an Air Treatment Centre covering the entire building, solar panels for hot water production and photovoltaic panels for electricity generation. However, the most specific aspect is security, with a sophisticated 24/7 access control system.

Over and above their technical expertise, VINCI Facilities technicians must demonstrate a genuine spirit of service while remaining discreet and adapting to the constraints of each of the police departments present.

For the Clermont-Ferrand Police Headquarters, VINCI Facilities deployed all its latest tools: CMMS Mission for preventive maintenance and Wayin' for intervention requests.
